SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy – L-VA

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through www.l-va.com and covers L-VA products supplied by ALIZSKY INNOVATIONS LLP, including nutraceuticals, health supplements and medical devices.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment, subject to product availability, address verification and other necessary checks.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
We reserve the right to contact the customer to verify an order where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, incorrect delivery or unauthorised transactions.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Orders may be shipped through third-party courier and logistics providers.
The estimated delivery period will generally be 3–7 business days within India, depending on the destination, courier service and other circumstances.
Any delivery timeline displayed on the Website is an estimated timeframe and not an absolute guarantee.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated to the customer before completion of the order.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
* Name of recipient;
* House/building details;
* Street/locality;
* City/town;
* State;
* PIN code; and
* Valid contact number.
We shall not be responsible for delays, failed delivery or return-to-origin caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
5. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, does not respond to the courier, or otherwise causes repeated delivery attempts to fail, the shipment may be returned to us.
Re-shipment may be subject to applicable additional delivery charges where permitted by law.
6. Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Shipment
Customers should inspect the outer package, wherever reasonably possible, upon delivery.
If the package appears materially damaged, tampered with, leaking or otherwise compromised, the customer should document the condition with photographs/video and contact us promptly.
If an incorrect, damaged or defective product is received, the customer should contact us with the order number and supporting photographs/video so that the matter can be investigated and an appropriate remedy can be provided in accordance with applicable law and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Nutraceuticals and Health Supplements
Nutraceutical and health supplement products should be stored and used in accordance with the storage conditions, directions, warnings, expiry information and other instructions appearing on the applicable product label.
The applicable FSSAI framework regulates health supplements and nutraceuticals in India.
8. Medical Devices
Medical devices supplied through the Website must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, product labelling and applicable instructions for use.
Medical devices in India are regulated under the applicable medical-device framework, including the Medical Devices Rules, 2017.
9. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, transportation disruption, government restrictions, public emergencies, civil disturbances, technical failures, courier disruptions or other force-majeure events.
10. Product Availability
If an ordered product becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied, we may contact the customer regarding an alternative arrangement or provide an applicable refund.
